  • CeO2 powder is superior to other abrasive in terms of stock removal  with no compromise on smooth surface. So cerium oxide suspension or powders is suitable for most kind of glass polishing.

  • Some special glass maybe combined by two types of glasses, or maybe need precision polishing finish, we developed nano Silica Colloidal for this kind of glass components.

The main composition of ordinary glass is silicate, and quartz glass is a single component of silicon oxide. In addition, there is chalcogenide glass and other infrared glass, as well as a variety of special glass. Glass material is widely used in electronics, automobile and semiconductor industry because of its good light transmittance.


Many applications of glass has high surface requirements, so after a series of fabrication and cut process,  glass also needs to be polished.


Different glasse needs different polishing slurry, such as quartz glass is suitable for cerium oxide based abrasive polishing slurry, infrared glass is more suitable for silica based abrasive polishing fluid.
