Kona has developed a series of Polishing Slurry for various ceramic, such as Aluminum Nitride Ceramics, Alumina Ceramics and copper covered ceramic substrates, obtaining a smooth surface and increased removal rate.
We provide different polishing abrasive for different types of ceramics mostly based on alumina and silica.
Kona provides a a series of polishing slurry can be used for a variety of Ceramic Substrate. Our water-based acid alumina slurry has been designed for polishing Aluminum Nitride(AIN).
We also have a Polishing Slurry based on silica colloidal provides a highly smooth surface for alumina ceramic final polishing.
Our engineer developed ceramic polishing slurry according to the properties of the materials, we choose the suitable abrasives that is alumina and silica. We controlled the abrasive particle size and PH value, and produce the customised slurry according to the properties of ceramic materials.
